At Otter Creek, healthy soils and healthy animals are the top priority – there's not one without the other. The 2008 Organic Farm of the Year, Otter Creek Organic Farm offers seasonal raw milk cheddar cheese in blocks or beautiful retail packaging. Otter Creek also produced the 2007 ACS and U.S. Championship Cheese Contest award-winning pesto cheddar. Made by a Master Cheesemaker, the cheese is unpasteurized and naturally aged at least six months (frequently over a year) which makes it rich, full-flavored and unusually creamy. When cheese is made from milk of a single farm with a herd of less than 200 cows, you know it is a unique product that you will love.
