From asiago to brick to the most classic of them all (Wisconsin colby), Mullins has been making and loving this stuff for over 40 years. Founder John Mullins came from a background of cheesemaking, having been exposed at an early age to his father’s cheese manufacturing business, and the company has only grown in capabilities since then. Today, you can visit them, and the World's Largest Round Barn, in Marshfield, Wisconsin!

Steven Tollers
Steven has always made cheese in good company. He started in his sister’s cheese factory in 1977, and also worked alongside his wife. Today, he’s certified as a Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® in mozzarella, provolone, Colby and cheddar. Steven draws upon his 40 years of cheesemaking experience at Mullins Cheese, crafting fine products in northern Wisconsin.
