Located in the rolling hills of rural Darlington is Brunkow Cheese of Wisconsin. Since 1899, Brunkow Cheese has been creating over 50 varieties of artisanal and specialty cheeses. In addition to crafting cheese by hand in small batches, they also age the cheeses on site. From aged cheddars and flavored jacks, to raw milk cheddar spreads, flaming juustos and cellar-aged artisanal cheeses, we love that everything at Brunkow Cheese is handcrafted with pride and dedication.
