Gibbsville Cheese is located in the heart of Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, with a rich family history of cheesemaking for over 65 years! Purchased by the Van Tatenhove family in 1933, Gibbsville Cheese continues to be a family-run operation in their third generation of cheesemaking. Cheddar, colby, and monterey jack, and a variety of flavored cheeses are their stars, along with a Special Reserve Super Sharp Cheddar that is tested by their cheesemaker to assure the quality reaches "Special Reserve" standards. Famous cheese curds are made on Tuesdays, and Gibbsville also ships across the United States, ensuring you can ship and receive real Wisconsin fresh Gibbsville Cheese at any time. (Make sure you visit on Tuesdays, though.)
