Carr Valley Expands Artisanal Butter Line

With over 100 years of experience and more awards than any other cheesemaker in North America, Carr Valley Cheese® Master Cheesemaker Sid Cook is expanding his craft with a collection of new artisanal butters. These European-style butters are made with fresh Wisconsin milk and available in two varieties—Cow, a pure cow’s milk butter, and Menage, made from a mix of cow, goat and sheep’s milk. 

Available in 8-ounce cups or 4-ounce foil packages, these butters are convenient for home cooks and chefs alike.
