Renard’s Cheese Unveils New Bandaged-Style Cheddar Wheel

Since 1961, Renard’s Cheese has made cheese the old-fashioned-way. The family owned and operated creamery in Door County, Wisconsin specializes in bandaged-style aged cheddar using an award-winning recipe created by the company’s founder Howard Renard.

Gem, a new 3-pound wheel of bandaged-style cheddar, is the latest addition to the company’s collection of handcrafted cheddar cheeses. Bandaged-wrapped and hand-dipped in red or black wax, Gem is striking in color and sharp in taste.
