Roth Cheese Unveils New Small Batch Washed-Rind Cheese

Monroe is a new double cream washed-rind cheese from Roth® Cheese. Named after the Wisconsin town where it is produced, Monroe is hand-washed and turned as it ages for 30 days. This gives the cheese a rich, creamy texture and fudge-like density, unlike any other cheese made in Wisconsin.
Roth Cheese crafts award-winning traditional cheeses, as well as innovative Wisconsin Originals using only the freshest, local Wisconsin milk. Roth has earned top awards for its cheese, including the 2016 title of World Champion for Roth Grand Cru® Surchoix.
