Carr Valley Cheese® Company has added a new Reserve Gouda to its collection of award-winning Wisconsin cheeses. Crafted by Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker Bob Koenig, this gouda is aged over nine months, creating a semi-firm texture and a nutty, caramel flavor with a hint of sharpness. 

Carr Valley Cheese is home to two certified Wisconsin Master Cheesemakers, who hold a total of seven Master Cheesemaker certifications across multiple varieties.
