Cello Cheese, a Schuman Cheese® brand, introduces Cello Cheese Flights, a pre-packaged trio of artisan cheeses including rich and nutty Cello Copper Kettle Parmesan, and two cheeses from the company’s Yellow Door™ Creamery collection; Altu™, an earthy and nutty alpine-style cheese, and Tuscan Rubbed Fontina, a mild and creamy cheese with a blend of Italian herbs and spices 
on the rind.

Cello cheesemakers combine passion and skill with a mastery of Old World cheesemaking techniques. Their process, which dates back many centuries, starts with fresh, superior quality milk from Lake Country Dairy in Turtle Lake, Wisconsin.
