Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

1

Combine the berries, sugar and lemon juice in a small bowl; let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Spoon three-quarters of the ricotta into a serving bowl, and spread the remaining ricotta on the biscotti; top cheese with berries and juice.

2

Place berry-topped ricotta and biscotti on a serving board. Add the gouda, cheddar and Sartori Merlot BellaVitano®. Top brie slices with raspberries and balsamic glaze; arrange on the board. Fill in board with berries, cashews and almonds.

Recipe Tip:
  • Any brand of Wisconsin ricotta, gouda or aged cheddar cheeses can be used. Your favorite Sartori BellaVitano ® cheese flavor or a wheel of brie, cut into small slices, could also be substituted.
  • Try adding a twist of flavor by adding a splash of liqueur to the macerated berries.
  • We tried this recipe with Marcona Almonds.
