Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker supervised Cafe Olympia Feta Cheese in Crumbles and also packaged in brine.  This will include the new exclusive Cucumber Lemon and Lemon Pepper flavors.

Exciting - "Award winning" farmstead - farm fresh A2 milk - Kefir in a wide variety of flavors.

Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker supervised Nasonville brand flavored Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese with Horseradish and Chive and also Scorpion Pepper.

Nasonville Dairy Company is proudly family owned by generations of the Heiman's.  Currently lead by the three brothers, Kim, Kalvin and Ken.  We win awards on the family recipes for Feta, Kefir and a host of flavors on Jack and Cheddar cheese.
We work in a variety of cows milk - traditional, kosher, organics to note the three main sources.  All coming from farms of central Wisconsin milk shed.

Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Chocolate mascarpone-a luscious Irish Cream Chocolate mascarpone offered in an 8oz container. Our chocolate mascarpone is the perfect filling for tarts/pies, frosting for cupcakes or dip for cookies/biscotti/strawberries.  This cheese placed first at the 2019 American Cheese Society and was one of the top 20 cheeses in the contest.

We are also promoting Dessert Cheese Boards using our mascarpone.  We have seasonal ideas featuring mascarpone and unique recipes with mascarpone.  We will show these concepts at the show.

Peppercorn Asiago- Our young Asiago with half-cracked peppercorns mixed throughout the cheese. A very versatile cheese for cheese boards, charcuterie boards and cooking. 

Daclette- Our interpretation of an alpine style, semi-firm cheese reminiscent of Swiss Raclette. Hand rubbed with olive oil and Spanish smoked papricka. Wonderful for melting onto potatoes, vegetables and meats, a history that goes back centuries in the Swiss Alps between herders, sheperds and cheesemakers.

Paul and his wife, Vicki, started making cheese 27 years ago when they bought five cheese factories in Wisconsin. They set out to create the best tasting, hightest quality cheeses.
